Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of FormaClube. By using the app, you agree to these terms and Apple’s applicable App Store terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Purpose

FormaClube is a local fit checker for furniture pickups. Clearance readouts and load-or-leave calls are estimates from sizes and openings you entered. They are not professional moving advice, structural engineering, or a guarantee that a seller will help you carry an item.

Your measurements

You remain responsible for the sizes, opening widths, and notes you enter. Verify critical clearances on site with a tape measure. Do not rely on the app alone when safety or property damage is at stake.

Advertising

Usage data and advertising data may be used for third-party advertising, as described in the privacy policy. Pickup records on your phone are not sold as a moving job file.

Licence

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple devices permitted by the App Store terms. You may not copy, resell, or reverse engineer the app except where applicable law allows it.

Price

The current version is free and has no in-app purchases or subscriptions.

Availability

The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Features may change as FormaClube is maintained. To the extent permitted by law, no guarantee is made that the app will always be error-free or that local data will be preserved.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, FormaClube and its developer are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the app, a blocked doorway, or reliance on a clearance estimate. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Apple terms

Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the app.

Changes

These terms may be updated when the app changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
