Privacy Policy

This policy explains how FormaClube (“the app”) handles information on iPhone.
Pickup data on this iPhone
Pieces, openings (doors, stairs, van bay), fit checks, and load notes stay in the app’s local store on that iPhone. They are planning measurements for a pickup you are doing, not a professional survey or moving contract.
Data not linked to you
The following data may be collected but is not linked to your identity, and may be used for third-party advertising:

How that data is used
Usage Data means product interaction with the app (for example, which tabs or checks you open). Advertising Data means information used to show or measure ads. These categories are used for third-party advertising. They are not joined to your name, email, or the piece names you type, and they are not used to track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
Device permissions
FormaClube does not request access to your location, camera, photos, contacts, microphone, or tracking permission. Measurements are values you enter by hand.
Internet use
Fit checks work without a network. The app may open this website to show the privacy policy and terms. Cloudflare may process limited technical request data, such as an IP address, to deliver these pages under its own terms. That visit is not used to identify you inside the pickup book on your phone.
Deleting data
Settings → Delete All Data clears local pieces, stops, and checks, then returns the introduction. Uninstalling the app also removes the on-device store. Advertising partners may retain their own records according to their policies.
Children
FormaClube is a general-audience utility. It is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the effective date above will be updated.
